“I just had my appointment to have my braces put on at 11:00 AM on 01/09/24. I'll update this review periodically as the progress happens. For now, I'm really excited to fix my huge overbite, gummy smile, and jaw pain! So, while I can't yet review how the braces have worked, as it is still day one, I can absolutely talk about how WONDERFUL the staff is! Both the doctor, Dr. Jim Fraser, and the assistant (I'm so sorry, I don't remember her name, but I will edit this when I update it as she super deserves to be metioned too) were amazing! Super nice to work with, and willing to explain everything throughly so I would understand before and while working on me. The appointment was quick, both in the actual procedure which not only involved putting on the brackets, but also taking off some old Invisalign attachments I still had on from a different place years ago, as well as the waiting time, as I started my appointment right at 11:00, as scheduled. In addition to starting right on time and not having to wait a long time, the appointments also feel very personal, like they're there to specifically help you in that time, which, I know they are, but some places have a very "we have to get you out so we can get the next person in" kind of feeling to them, which Apex thankfully didn't do at all. They made me feel incredibly comfortable and confident in their work and abilities my entire appointment, as well as during the free consultation. So far, I definitely recommend this place, and will keep my review update as my treatment progresses.”
