I was a patient of Audrey Imbur's for more than two injuries, and both times she did an amazing job helping me to heal quickly while teaching me important exercises to do at home. All the therapists take the time to get to the patients and they truly care about their recovery. Before finding Oakwood Physical Therapy, I made the mistake of visiting another therapy facility. The therapist spent a total of 5 minutes working me with. They have their assistants giving the patients exercises to do on their own. I wasted months of my time and money to find zero improvement. After working with Audrey for just 2 weeks I was already showing improving and beginning to heal. It's really important to go to a facility where the therapist is working one-on-one with you the entire time. It makes a huge difference!”

“I would have given 5 stars, but couldn't because the pharmacy area is quite a mess. Nothing organized and all refills are just sitting just behind the counter, unlocked and in the open. The hours are supposed to be 9am to 9pm through the week. Just called for a refill, and was told at 10:58am, that the pharmacy part don't open until 11am. I mean come on, just 2 minutes???? The plus is the great discounts on things, but the medications need to be out of the customers view, and behind a door.”

“I've been living in Coogan for alittle over a year now - I love it, its my first time on my own and I mostly keep to myself so other people don't pose an issue. My dog and I enjoy the space and I've not had really any issues with the apartment itself. There is rumored drug use and favoritism, and of course you'll always have drama or people who don't mesh well with others - but even then it's not so bad. I'm even used to people letting their doors slam several times a day. They've cleaned up the place in the last few years, and are constantly trying to improve and keep it safe and solid for everyone to live here. There are bi-monthly bed bug inspections which I think are a great idea considering how much of an issue Wayne County overall is having with bedbugs. They keep up on inspections with making sure things work as well. It's not going to be a 5 star place because let's face it - you can find complaints about the highest quality place. But Coogan is like it's own little family in a small city. Alot of people here are really great to befriend, and you can always count on someone helping you or doing thoughtful gestures. You'll be really well taken care of here.”
