Jaclyn Michael, our Quality Assurance Coordinator, met us at my mom's home to get an accurate assessment of the care needed and who to match her up with for that need. She took her time, asked questions, and engaged with my mom on a very caring level. The caregiver she provided was excellent. Fidelia, took care of my mom like she was a member of her own family. She was always on time, diligent and if she needed anything or had a question about my mom's behavior, would not hesitate to communicate this with me. All in all I'm a lifetime fan of Home Instead and even recommended them to my best friends's dad, for in home care.”
