I called customer service for help and was told I can't use my phone or tablet to complete my application. Was told I must come to nearest location. I mentioned I once opened an account online using my phone, but only problem was when I spoke to someone when doing it she lied and told me the bank was a short distance from me. I needed to know that information if I had any problems. I will try a few more times, or give up.”

“I've been a customer of LOC Federal Credit Union for over 25 years and when it was time to buy out my vehicle lease I knew where to go. The process for a loan application was simple and we had an approval within 24 hours. I don't buy many cars and the car company didn't make the process of buying out our lease easy. Fortunately our loan officer, Chelsea, kept in touch with me throughout the process (even when a vacation interrupted). After completing the process, the loan was finalised within 24 hours and we now own our car!
