“I have been a WIM customer for years and I can't say enough about the level of service and communication they provide. The new shop on the West side of A2 is small compared to their flagship store, but the service is outstanding. The manager always takes time to listen and is a fantastic mechanic. Even with the substantial increase in demand during the COVID-19 pandemic, they still provide a personal experience and treat you like you are their only customer.”

“Amazing customer service. I had a bolt on a bike post/seat snap in half and couldn’t find a replacement anywhere. Stopped by Main Street Bicycles today hoping they had the means to repair the bike seat/post. It turned out, there was a piece of hardware missing completely unbeknownst to me. I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name that helped me but he was able to swap out the bike post and set me up with a complete hardware set to complete the repair. Thank you so incredibly much! I didn’t even know this shop existed, and am looking forward to stopping in again soon as I’ve gained an interest in cycling. Storefront is clean, staff is friendly, and they have tons of merchandise! A++++”

“Was looking for some running shoes and not one but two Representatives helped. Special thanks to Joey and Caleb we were able find the perfect match for the running shoes and actually grabbed more gym equipment items at the store. Customer Service was through the roof because of these two. Special thank you to everyone involved. People just don't believe in customer service anymore and to have these folks actually assist the way they did deserves recognition as it is not as prominent as it used to be at retail stores. Keep up the good work.”

“After no one could fix my bike this place did! I’ve been out of a bike since covid started. Super affordable and it was fixed on schedule. This repair shop is super busy and that’s because they do good work not try to scam you into buying a new bike like the 3 other shops I went to. Anyone that has left a bad review I find highly questionable. My father has been taking our bikes here forever and I will continue to do so as well. Thanks for fixing my bike and getting me back on the road!!!”

“The Ann Arbor classic bike swamp meet is something my father and I look forward to every year. We have attended every show since 1994. I am 39 years old now and still enjoy making the 2 hour round trip to the swamp meet. We spent 2-3 hours at the show and we always come home with something.”

“Wow ... I came in with a flat, 20 miles from home in Ann Arbor. This shop dropped everything to help me out, and they were even willing to do it for free (I came back and paid though). They gave my bike a once over and refilled my water bottle with some hydration. The staff knew what they were doing, and they were friendly and kind. I'll be coming back here for my future bike needs”

“I am impressed. With that said, I am a very hard person to impress; but the folks at Cycletherapy Bicycles are the last of a dying breed. Their attitude, knowledge, facility, inventory, pricing and friendliness are unmatched by any other local bike shop that I have been to. No pushy sales, no condescending vibes, this place was awesome. After buying several bicycles over the past couple months from other stores, I am kicking myself for not coming here sooner. 100% worth the drive, will definitely be driving past the other 6 or 7 cycle shops to get back to here. Thank you for the great experience, you treated me the same way I treat my clients - with respect and full transparency.”

“On June 2nd was up from Tennessee to visit family and take several organized and scheduled long distance rides. After the first ride on the 2nd my Raleigh bike's rear tire went flat. As I got to the hotel late most bike shops were closed. The one which was open gave me a 10 day estimate to fix my flat. The hotel desk clerk suggested calling the Pedego shop in Walked Lake which I did the following morning at 8 am. Told them of my dilemma and that I needed to be at the next ride in Rochester by 11 am. They advised to bring the bike in. The gentlemen who took care of me were fantastic. Went to the front of the line. As he did not stock my tire size he actually disassembled bike from the sales floor and removed its tube to use in my bike. He also adjusted the brakes, trued the wheels and gave the bike an inspection at no charge. They also let me plug in my wife's electric bike to charge the battery. These guys provided great service and got me back on the road in 45 minutes for a reasonable price. Nice job, you both saved the day. Tim C Knoxville, TN”

“I went to the Novi location today and the two young lady cashiers were incredibly helpful. I bought a baseball mitt, a softball mitt, an umbrella, and a Mountain Dew (20 oz.) and a Propel (kiwi strawberry) for my daughter. The umbrella did not have a tag on it so there was some concern about how much it cost. I realized that I had not actually opened the umbrella to see if the tag was caught up inside the umbrella (though I had removed the cover but did not find the tag directly under the cover). I mentioned to the cashiers that I had not actually opened the umbrella to check for the tag. One of the cashiers did not want to open the umbrella, so I offered to go back to the rack and check other umbrellas by opening them. The other cashier kindly said that there was no need to do that but she would figure it out without having to open other umbrellas. She looked up the price of the umbrella on some electronic device and was able to find it that way (the drinks rang up just fine, and so did the mitts). She kindly verified the perceived price of one of the mitts. Once all of the confusion about the umbrella price was cleared up, the cashier also explained some useful information about the rewards program and a little about a credit card, and some differences therein. She seemed very knowledgeable about the reward program and her expertise really shined through. Very nice understanding of the program, ladies. Nice job.”

“Spent 2 1/2 hours there on a Sunday afternoon with Greg. He answered every question my wife and I had to ask. He demonstrated all the bikes features and explained the various differences in bike models, modes, batteries and accessories. Very knowledgeable on the Pedego line and very easy to deal with. He was able to point out the pros and cons for each model depending on our riding likes and dislikes. Would highly recommend- very good experience!”

“Other stores sell bikes, this store sell their love for biking. Small family shop, run by amazing people who provided great help in selecting bike for myself, and even checked and adjusted my gf’s bike for free. Have a free bottle for buying some gear and stayed overtime to help me put on bike rack for my car. Amazing place all together!”

“Still great service over 10 years later. I hadn't been to Paul's Bike Depot for over 10 years. I needed a repair, so I called and spoke to Paul about an issue with my bike. I brought the bike over and he was helpful and supportive that I could easily make the repair. He quickly and accurately identified the issues with my bike, when another local bike repair shop said to replace the part. Paul demonstrates his expertise gained through many years of experience. He stays customer focused and provides great service.”

“Brian was very helpful and nice he helped pick out the perfect bike for my daughter’s 8th birthday present!! He also suggested we teach her to ride without training wheels on a tennis court. We took her to the courts and had her riding without training wheels in less than 20 minutes with zero falls!”
