“Had not been by here in many years despite it being so close to home. Last time years ago (7-8 years ago) I had a less than stellar experience and decided not to return. Must say, these guys working there today, great guys, helpful, courteous and downright pleasant. Price was very reasonable and as I told them, I will always patronize good pleasant folks even if it costs a bit more, they have restored my faith in this store and I will be back, and will bring our other vehicles there as well. “Stopped by one afternoon to inquire about tinting to reduce heat for vehicles. Owner (Chad) spoke at length, discussing various pros & cons of each type/grade. He asked lots of questions and never tried to push me towards any particular grade or style; very easy to work with. Brought my truck back a couple of weeks later on the wrong day (D'oh!) but Chad was very accommodating and managed to squeeze me into their schedule. My rig looks great, with a BIG difference in temps inside after it sits out in the sun all day. Worth every penny. Fair prices, quick turnaround & professional no-pressure service. “Excellent service, 5 star and above. I wanted to get this android bluetooth stereo installed in my car. I brought it elsewhere, along with the double din kit and a wire harness. This shop worked with me. Great customer service. So happy I discovered Detroit sound station !!! I came up there Friday at 925am, waited patiently, they where done 1250pm. They tested out the audio, the guy told me the audio was great, he told me where the gps and usb connector was located, and gave me a receipt. I will only recommend this place. I tested it myself, they installed it excellent, looks firm and in place. Everything functions brilliantly with ease, love it. I went thru loops beforehand. I went to Mickey shorrs. They told me they cant do it, didn't have brackets, kit too big, the stereo will fall back, its low quality, just wow. Went to abc Warehouse, they said they cant do it. Dude told me they dont work with third party products. Tried to advise me to buy their stereos instead. Other shops, booked for weeks and months. Never take no for an answer. Go to this shop, they are good at what they do!!! July, 23, 2021”

I had received a quote from a Subaru dealership for this work that was several hundred $$ more than what Hal quoted me. I am a senior on a fixed income and I really appreciated their pricing for the same work. They even took a bit more off because I was able to use one of their coupons. The office staff was kind & explained all that needed to be done very clearly. I received communication by text & direct phone call about the progress of the work and pick up time.
