“When I couldnt find a local Ford specialist in the Cleveland area, I decided to drive my Ford Flex the 4 hours one way to this shop in Livonia Michigan. Jeff was recommended by a member of a Flex Facebook group that I belong to. I wanted to assure that I would have my Flex for hopefully the next 10 years by having some major preventiative work done. Not only was that BIG job done but Jeff also did several other smaller items for me and as he was test driving, found a problem with the vehicles struts and fixed those too! I left it there for a week for them to be able to have time to get the work done and they didnt disappoint!
