We brought it in, they inspected it and quoted a reasonable price. The plan changed for me that night and I called Bill the next morning. He was understanding and accommodating to the change in plans and offered additional service to further assist us . I get there and they say they can't do the job. I immediately head to discount tire as a walk in customer and within the hour they had everything assembled and installed without scratching my new wheels. Even though I had an appointment it did take longer than expected, but I know they were busy and working hard so it didn't bother me.
