But the auto manager Jesse took initiative and was very professional and helpful, he really handled the whole thing great. Stuff happens, but he was really accommodating about the whole experience and made it easy for me to get a claim settled and make sure the car was still safe to drive (it was only a fender bender but you never know). On my last order, after submitting the order, I wanted to change the picture after reformatting it a little differently and they were so patient and said “No problem”.
