I told him that I was good without one and he asked me what all was in my cart and what it was for and I began to tell him, he then grabbed his phone and started to scan it and told me that one of the large items I had ordered were going to be taken off. I told him that these items were for a youth camp I was running and instead of hounding me to sign up for a credit card he ended up donating more money. “This past spring, we reconnected with Ken Netti who had done some furniture repair work for us over 20 years ago. Our first project this spring was to have Ken repair and refinish my parent’s cedar chest which they bought in 1944. The cedar chest was in rough shape, having been submerged in two floods. When Ken returned the cedar chest to us, we could not believe the job he did in refinishing it to it’s like new condition. The chest had some very detailed artwork which he was able to save and restore. As we were totally impressed with Ken’s skills, we started discussing what other projects Ken could do for us. We then decided to redo our kitchen, eliminating the snack bar, installing new granite and back splash and refinishing the cabinets. Ken took care of all of the refinishing work and provided recommendations on additional contractors for the other work to be performed. Everyone recommended did excellent work and were very punctual in getting our project done. We now have a beautiful new kitchen with cabinets that look great. Once again Ken did an outstanding job, exceeding our expectations! We have already booked two other refinishing projects with Ken that will begin in two months. We highly recommend your working with Ken on any refinishing/repair project you might have. We are sure you will be pleased with his attention to detail and the end results! “After hearing my neighbor rave about Andy and his company, I called him and he wasted no time getting me a quote for replacing my Formica countertop with granite. Andy is very reachable through email, phone, or text. I live in the Lansing area and was willing to drive to Farmington Hills and Livonia for this project because all the granite installers in my area charge for or simply do not offer to do every aspect of the project: ripping out and disposing of the old counters, hooking up faucets and sinks and gas cooktops, these tasks are often extra charges or just not services that places like Home Depot provides. Andy does. Home Depot will also insist on half down just to get into their schedule, they also hound you about financing. Andy is pretty straightforward on payment and everything else and never demanding or hounding. He was very easy to talk to and very responsive when I had questions before, during, and after the process. The crew that came to my house was respectful, prompt, and did a beautiful job. I would not hesitate to recommend Andy and Trusted Improvement to anyone seeking a kitchen upgrade. My kitchen is beautiful and I look forward to using it every day!”

“We had a very positive experience with this company and its furniture. For our budget, we bought quality furniture for a very reasonable price. They will be our first stop next time we shop for furniture! I will recommend them to family and friends! We spent hours looking at sofas in major box stores in our area and were disgusted with the high prices, high-pressure commission-based sales tactics, and mediocre quality for our price range. After scrolling past many furniture stores on a Google search, I found this company's information and tried them. The salespeople were friendly and very informative regarding the furniture makers and the construction of the furniture. They were not pushy or made you feel like you were wasting their time because you were unwilling to spend 5 grand on a sofa. We spent more than we originally wanted for a sofa, but we bought a sofa and a loveseat set for around $1400 (The final price reflects the tax and delivery fee)! The delivery fee was reasonable, and they were timely, friendly, and respectful. They set up the furniture exactly where I wanted it and ensured I was happy with it and its placement before leaving! I did not need the financing option, so I cannot attest to this aspect of their service.”
