“I’ve been using this gym for a few months now. It has all the equipment you need for barbell (olympic and power) and Metcons. It's a functional space. The stationary equipment is dated but safe. The gym needs to be cleaned more often - it’s dusty and the floors need to be mopped/vacuumed. The information on the website is not accurate - the gym offers no classes at this point. There is a space to change clothes in the gym and a bathroom down the hallway.”

“I normally work out at a different Jazzercise location but gave this one a try. Michiko had incredible enthusiasm, especially as she had taught several classes that day already. The floor was not slippery which is always appreciated. There's a child care room too which was stocked with plenty of toys that kept my young kids amused while Mom sweated! My only recommendation would be that the audio levels could use an adjustment so both the music and instructor can be heard a bit better.”

“I've been getting personal training through Sue here for the last year and a half and have greatly enjoyed the enjoyed the experience. I originally got started off to get ready for a mountain climb, so the workouts were focused on endurance and cardio. We've switched to focus on different muscles and have definitely noticed good results, and helps keeps me accountable. No complaints here! The gyms also clean with plenty of cleaning towels and disinfectant spray which I enjoy.”
