“I have been living here for 7 months, so take that as you will. I absolutely love it here. The management isn't over bearing and they do do quarterly checks on the house, and the first time i was nervous but they mainly just check to see if you burned it down or smashed a wall, if you haven't you're good. Rent is cheap and the area is super nice and safe. The only downside is that the streets are narrow and you're not allowed to park on the sides of them and most of the driveways can only fit two cars. So if you want to have people over, you need to get one of the very few communal parking spots. It is a bit awkward having more than 2 people over but there are workarounds and this is a pretty narrow problem. Edit: I should also say, I prefer it when management is as hands off as they can be. They notify you about things that are going to happen or if there are issues they let you know accordingly and quickly. I've done a few things that they don't allow per the conditions unknowingly (leaving my garbage bins on the side of the road for too long, making one of the exits to my house less accessible for safety, etc.) and they have politely asked me to change these things with no harassment or animosity. They let you know about a problem but aren't at your neck about these things which I really appreciate.”

“This is a must when we come back home to visit! Although we enjoy camping here right now they have major construction on the South side which will wake you up early at 7:31 am. Beware if you want to sleep in. Otherwise no problem if you don't mind the bulldozers!! We feel it's a little pricey! Pool closed and with just water it was $56.00 a night.”

However the newest owners/park management(chris) have finally started making successful changes. After 4 years of a disaster of a house Chris has finally come through and is helping to get my house remodeled and fixed correctly. “We loved our stay here. We had some bad luck with our truck breaking down when we got to the campsite but the staff was awesome. Sam and Mike were so helpful. Sam literally drove me into town to pick up the part I needed to fix my truck. They also offered a ton of help as well as let me use some tools. This is the best campground I have ever been to. Keep up the great work guys.”

“Recently moved here a couple months ago. The office staff has been friendly and extremely helpful. Janice is the office was a huge help in the whole process of buying my trailer. The roads are decent, they're pet friendly, my neighbors are great. It's been a good expirience overall. Every park will have it's pros and cons but this park definitely has more pros.”

“Rv'd here during the offseason for a couple weeks. Was mostly secluded. Offered electrical hookup, and they have water during warm seasons. There is a dump site, ask for location. Staff was helpful. There is a bathhouse with shower. Heads-up check their calendar for events schedule. For instance I got home around halloween to find a massive holiday party.”

“I have lived here for almost 2 years. I was very disappointed in the way it was previously managed as it seemed the place was not cared for & I had difficulty when trying to ask for needed things to be done. The current managers are sincere owners and are doing a tremendously super job. They have made many improvements to the community: removal of dead trees, trimming them so as not to damage homes, paving of roads & parking spots etc. A great blessing that they also have someone available for emergency situations and assistance with your home. I am grateful that is a quiet, safe place to live. There are new homes here that add to the beauty of the place.”

“This place saved us. At a time we were desperately looking for a place to live since our previous home was sold we only had a few days to move. This doesn't seem like a difficult task but it does become one when you have a dog & cats, even more so when so many rentals wouldn't take our kind of dog (even though he was a elderly dog & we have a application for him). Luke the property manager was honestly such a delight to talk to and work with. When calling about the place it honestly felt too good to be true, we hit off immediately. Luke was extremely caring and so incredibly friendly he made it feel like our troubles just vanished. He was open & honest with us on everything and his team worked around the clock to get our place set up for us to move in. Even after we ran into one problem after calling Luke it was like 20 minutes later someone was there to fix it. AMAZING. I have lived in lot of apartments and condos but this place takes the cake. It takes the whole bakery. Moving to this place and working along with Luke has been such a amazing experience it was everything we needed. (And go Liverpool... 😂)”

It’s tree lined and nice space between trailers. It’s privately owned and strictly managed. It is not like the stereo type park. It’s close to shopping and freeways. It’s a beautiful setting for a family”

“Nice community. Opened up in 1993. Fairly well maintained. It used to be very well maintained, but under new management, the grounds around the homes, have over grown too much. Most of the people there are nice families, and some retirees. No crime. Yes I would recommend living there.”
