“Had an absolutely amazing experience with The Bridal Studio! Britney was very easy to communicate with and so sweet! I had reached out about getting my dress cleaned and preserved, she responded promptly, answered all questions, and was accommodating to my work schedule! My dress came in and was cleaned and stored beautifully, and it was SO fast! Her space in downtown is absolutely ADORABLE. The outside has the appearance of an older Detroit building (charm that Detroit is known for), and inside of her unit is 100s of dresses and beautiful accessories. I wish I had known about her before I bought my dress, or I absolutely would have gone here for my "Say yes to the dress day!" But I am at least happy I got to use her for preserving my dress! Great place for your wedding needs!”

“Best donuts ever!!! My kids brought home a dozen of donuts from the yellow light, so I cannot tell anything about the service and the atmosphere of the store. The donuts are excellent. It’s very fresh and not oily. You can taste the good ingredients. Blueberry, raspberry, lemon, lime taste like those fruits with right amount of sweetness. Birthday cake, brown butter and old fashion were also excellent. We will be coming back for more donuts again.”

So have to dig threw all of them to find the size I need. Some staff is extremely rude. I don't care if she has a mental or physical handicapp. She's rude and not the way to treat the staff. I only will go there when the manager is working or the blonde hair lady I like..they both are the most friendly people in that store!! And very knowledgeable”

“Nicole did a phenomenal job with four prints I'd had rolled up, waiting for just the right framer for over 4 years! From the moment I walked through the door to the moment she helped me carry the finished products to my car, she provided expert, friendly, fantastic service. She spent a significant amount of time helping me choose frames and mats - managing to make it a lot of fun for me. She provided options, quotes, and was up front in letting me know sometimes requested frames aren't immediately available. When that actually happened, she contacted me right away. I asked her to choose alternate frames - and I did so with confidence - because she'd spent so much time with me during my first visit I was sure she knew what I'd like and what I wouldn't care for. She did a great job and even took a hit with the cost of the replacement. Small business owners can't afford to do that! I was really grateful. Bottom line - she knows her stuff and presented me with top-notch work. It is without reservation that I recommend Nicole's Custom Framing - you won't be sorry! Will try to post the pics of the framed work ...my apologies in advance to Nicole for the glare and lighting... couldn't find a way to capture just how gorgeous they are w/out a living room light ruining the effect.”

“Its out of my way to go here, which I do on state occasions. If you can plan accordingly and go early on a weekday and try to avoid the day or two before a major holiday because I tried that once and I was like 70 numbers behind at the meat counter. Other than the total crush of humanity, the store is always clean and well maintained. The parking lot is another problem for me because it is very cramped. It is worth going there. Just pack your patience.”

“Talk about friendly, the staff here are BOB (bend over backwards) to the max. I don't think they have enough staff but you'd never know it! One lady was in her coat about to go home but she stopped to take care of customers while the one who was originally on the cashier dealt with the plumber. I know... run-on sentence, but the way they smile and cover for each other is inspiring. OH, the bowling was great and they don't try to stick it to you with the '$$$ per hour schtick ' (which is why I don't go to most bowling alleys)! Is it ok to give them six stars?”
