Superior helped me by installing new light fixtures before and after a renovation I had done on my ceilings and the service was above and beyond what I expected.
From the scheduling to the service men who came out to my house everyone was extremely professional and courteous. I always received a call from the electrician when he was on his way and never had to guess with a timeframe that other places would typically give you. The lead service technician, Bill Seeker, was not only a quality plumber but an excellent communicator who explain everything he was going to do to get out hot water back on. The company is also amazing in that I called them around 7 PM on a Monday night and Bill and his assistant where at my house by 10 AM Tuesday morning. Our 12-year-old water heater has sprung a leak, so we knew we needed a pro to help us. He removed the old unit, cleaned up the tangled mess of copper lines and left us with a very nice looking water heater installation. Bill and the Superior team did a great job and I will be a loyal customers. Thank you!
