“6pm 07/05/22 - Was attended by a young woman there. She was quick with helping us trade in my wife's phone for a new one. The quickest we've experienced at a phone store to the past. So we we're very happy with that. But a couple of comments: 1. The sales person seemed quite distracted by her own phone. To the point that it seemed like we were interrupting her than her helping us. 2. We were never offered any insurance coverage on the new phone. I believe she may even forgot to ask. But all in all it wasn't a bad experience. But this sales person needs to be more in focus with customer when helping them and leave personal phone activities away when no customers are there. “It’s easy to get through this store in my power wheelchair with its wide aisles, and it’s always neat and orderly, even with so many people coming through. I’ve never found a better price on chicken, and the deals throughout are worth the membership. I try to come first thing in the morning to avoid crowds, plus I use scan and go to pay on my phone app. My one gripe with Sam’s is the gas attendant never does anything. There was an altercation yesterday at the pump between two people with screaming, yelling, hand gestures, but no attendant. Lines were long and this was right at the pump. This could have been a safety issue. But even other times when someone obviously needs help, no one comes out to help. Or why are so many pumps closed off so often rather than fixed? Does the attendant even tell anyone there is a problem? I still give 5 stars to Sam’s because I’m not including the gas station in that part.”

“Since I bought my house I had them perform an inspection and got into their year-round program. They come every few months without me calling them to take care of the traps and spray for spiders or whatever is needed according to the season. They perform the job inside and outside of the house. I have not had any pest problems in over a year. Jaimie, the technician, is very knowledgeable and very nice. She sends me an email reminding me of when she is coming and answers all of my questions patiently . I am very happy with their service, would strongly recommend it.”

“I bought/reserved my tires online. Have to go in to schedule an appointment. Which its not clearly stated online. No reminders about your appointment, so make sure u got it down. They only take like 2 walk ins per day. So if u go that route, make sure u can leave your car with them until they get to you. Also be there early(when they open that day) if your hoping for a walk in. Also somtimes hard to get ahold of somone in the department when you call.”

“They have this shredded onions and it was a great appetizer as well as the bread roll that was slightly seasoned with garlic. The ribeye steak came out the way I like my steak. Which is medium rare. Only thing is the steak could have been marinated a little longer to make it more flavorful, but overall I enjoyed my meal. The mashed sweet potatoes were excellent. It was the perfect side dish. “Since this is our second experience, we knew the product would be amazing AND it was. The part that was lacking this time was the communication to schedule the services. We were given no time lines and when I asked I got the run around or no returned calls. I finally received a call days or as much as 2 weeks later with no explanation then the installation would be scheduled for the next day. With the siding, they called from my front yard wanting to start, no notice. Great finished product. We definitely missed the service that was provided the first time around with Adam. Update, we have now purchased a door with them and it's wonderful. While waiting for the door, one of our earlier installed windows cracked! They replaced it with no questions asked! They then returned when we had trouble with the locking mechanism. I can't tell you how much business of mine they will get in the future,they truly take care of you, even after installation.”
