“Top-Notch Service and Support! As an AT&T subscriber, I had an unlocked Samsung S10 phone that was unable to make or receive calls after AT&T shut down their 3G network. My phone was listed as a supported device and everything (text and Data) worked with the exception of calling. I spent four hours on the phone with AT&T tech Support and another seven in-store trying to get this issue resolved. In the end, AT&T was saying the issue was the phone and I needed a new one. I visited this Cricket location the other night and spoke with Tia as I needed to switch over multiple lines from AT&T for another issue. Once Tia saw the issue I was having with calling, it took her 3 minutes to get it fixed. I didn’t need a new phone, new sim, advanced configuration on my device, or any special account changes from an overseas team.. just a basic app. THREE MINUTES. It took Tia three minutes to fix what various members within AT&T could not over SEVERAL HOURS. That kind of support/knowledge goes a long way. Aside from that issue, she worked with me through the headache of getting a bunch of phone numbers ported into their network. Even with the snags, she was patient, knowledgeable and was able to get things done in a timely manner. Thanks again for your help!”
