“The lead service technician, Bill Seeker, was not only a quality plumber but an excellent communicator who explain everything he was going to do to get out hot water back on. The company is also amazing in that I called them around 7 PM on a Monday night and Bill and his assistant where at my house by 10 AM Tuesday morning. Our 12-year-old water heater has sprung a leak, so we knew we needed a pro to help us. He removed the old unit, cleaned up the tangled mess of copper lines and left us with a very nice looking water heater installation. Bill and the Superior team did a great job and I will be a loyal customers. Thank you!”

“Nice friendly little gas station along Highway 65. It was very busy when I was there on a Saturday Afternoon. Subway is located inside. Prices are a little high, but it's a gas station in the middle of no where, so it's expected. If I am ever this direction, I will always stop by. I love stopping here for gas and getting booze at the liquor store next door.”

“We wanted to move from a tunnel cover to a topper but wanted to be able to remove the topper at the same time. Went to top a truck and they told us about this new canvas topper. We can still haul big items and it folds to the cab, we love it. Can’t say enough about are new canvas topper. Went back for a sliding bed and once again not disappointed in the service and getting want we wanted. I can’t say enough on how happy we are on the help and service we received.”

“Tyther Contracting is top notch. I was so impressed with the customer service all through the roof installation. We had suffered storm and hail damage. Pat from Tyther came out and met with our insurance adjuster to show what was damaged. Roy then helped me pick out our roof color. Our roof installation was scheduled. Hunter was our project manager and was well...top notch. The roofing crew did a great job and the roof looks great. The clean up was also impressive. All the roof tear off was cleaned up. And after the roof was installed. The roof crew and then Hunter ran a magnet around the house to make sure no nails were left on the lawn. I don't often write reviews. However, this job was so well done both in quality of work and customer service I wanted to give Tyther my thoughts on a job well done!”

Both were so gentle, fun, polite, respectful, & have great dental knowledge. The receptionist was wonderful as well. “What do you do, when it's time to upgrade from a trusty tandem? We are a pretty experienced tandem team, and huge Santana fans. With our 30 anniversary approaching, we wanted to start the next 30 years with a new tandem that fit, was the right color, and had the features we needed. We wanted it to be lighter than our current tandem, have a great wheelset, and have a better fit than our current ride. After doing some searching we were disappointed to find there aren't any Santana dealers in the Chicago area. Even outside of Chicago, there aren't many with stock. Santana's website had Twin Cities Tandems listed as a dealer, and after doing some Facebook, Google, and web searching, it appeared there was stock - we got excited. I posted a question on a picture on Facebook, and Steve responded almost immediately with a direct message asking some questions. The dialogue continued off and on over the course of a couple weeks, and we scheduled a trip to the cycling cities of Minneapolis/St. Paul. Arriving on a Monday morning, Steve was smiling, gracious, and ready to help us find the tandem for the next 30 years. With different tandems available to ride, we started with the Sovereign, and it felt great! Then we moved to an Escape, and we could tell the difference an upgraded wheel set made on the Escape. When we got back and talked with Steve about it, he mentioned he could easily do a wheel swap as the Sovereign fit our needs better than the Escape, but we liked the feel of the wheels on the Escape more than the wheels on Sovereign. Steve then offered a test ride on a super fun folding tandem while he got to swapping the wheels. By the time we loaded up, and headed home, we'd spent a few hours with Steve, and I can't recommend him and his shop enough. He knows his stuff, and he will work with you to find what fits your needs best. He'll make tweaks where needed to dial in the tandem, and has stock of accessories to finish off the build. He gave some recommendations on where to ride as well, which is great knowledge for the next time we travel up to the Twin Cities.”
