It helps to call before you go in & see what items they are wanting to buy & what items they will probably turn away because of their already full inventory. I’ve even taken the same basket of clothes back in that they previously turned away due to overstock and they ended up taking them because now they were in season/needed inventory. Something a customer remembers and appreciates. If Katla is not the store manager, she needs to be!!!!! She gets it, she knows customer service. I recall a visit I had and and I offered that the person standing outside the counter go first. That person balked at me, as a customer, discounting me and said "like I'm a customer". Not sure who that person was but I was taken a back......I don't know what to say about that but it was amazingly rude as I was looking to replace my vape. I'm there weekly and spend my money because of Kayla. She's exactly who I look forward to meeting for my experience in the store.......”

“My Mother was in the rehab facility for about two weeks, she was 95 years old and unable to recover from her health problems. She and I spent the last days of her life in this wonderful place. The staff couldn't have been more caring, gentle, and loving for my mom. In the days before her death. The amazing nurses, aids and rehab would sit with her when they could when I was not able to be there. Unfortunately I was not there when she died, but the staff that was available made a point to be there when she took her last breath. I cannot say enough about these lovely, beautiful people that cared for my Mother. I sure hope that the management understands the great staff they have.”

“Most of the rinks in the area have side walls, making them ideal for hockey. This is a flat part of the park which happens to freeze well enough that it can be cleared to make an ice rink. It's not fancy, but it's effective. There's also a warning house. It's not the smoothest ice, so probably not ideal for beginners”

“Tonight, I was that evil person who showed up just before closing after everything has been locked up for the night. The person who helped us treated us with respect was more then happy to show us what we wanted to see and showed no issues that we kept him a few minutes past closed. The people here seemed nice and was able to answer our questions with ease. They have all kinds of stuff from new to old and in all different quality. Their used shed was well lit and was easy to see everything we need to see.”
