“Have you ever wished there was a friend out there that will do the right thing for you regarding your roof? I found that Chuck the the Cedar Creek Construction group acted and performed totally trustworthy. If I could give them 6 stars (out of 5) I would. Our roof was damaged by hail. I was looking for a roofing contractor that I felt I could trust. The first two guys that came to the house, I felt uneasy with. You know, that feeling like they were only telling part of the truth or super quick answers that made you think, he's just giving me ... what he thinks I want to hear. Chuck on the other hand spent the time with us, made sure that all the details were taken care of, and was very patient as we chose the solution that would be best for us. Chuck was here on multiple occasions while we were in the planning phase and here making sure the roofing team had all they needed and double checked the cleanup that the team did after the job. To me, this is the part that I expected, what a good owner would do. But Chuck went beyond that and helped coach us on what he would do. For example, the hail hit during summer and by the time the insurance inspector was out, we were running out of summer. Roofing basically shuts down during winter. He told us he could get the roofing done before winter and explained the pros and cons. But after asking him what he would recommend...he said, I'd wait until Spring and explained some of the dynamics of how shingles work and needing heat. The point is that he could have had the money in hand fall last year, but gave his opinion that we should wait for spring. One more story I would like to tell is regarding the actual roofing job. Chuck said it would be probably 3 days for a roof our size to be done. So we were expecting pounding and mess for 3 days. Chuck also knew that my 96 year old father-in-law was here. So he pulled a rabbit out of his hat. Instead of having one crew on our roof for 3 days, he put 3 crews on our roof for one day. It was like watching ants ripping out and installing the roof again. I think at one time there were 15 guys up on the room and 3 on the ground cleaning things up and handing things needed to the team on the roof. In less than a full day, these guys did our whole roof. All done before precipitation that evening. Hopefully you see how satisfied with Chuck and his company. Would I recommend them...HECK YES! Thank you Chuck and team for doing an amazing job!”

They had everything done in less than three weeks, they were super chill about our dogs & cats, and the work looks great. The two rooms that they built now look like they've always been there. They clearly pay attention to the smallest details because our house has quirky trim, and they replicated it in the new rooms perfectly. “This property is located is such a great area many places around to shop and eat also right in the middle of a neighborhood so walking around the neighborhood makes it feel very safe. The property itself has many updates all the hallways have been done with new carpet paint and artwork and all new lighting making it even brighter as you are walking around the buildings. The courtyard is full of trees if you are looking for shade to sit out on you balcony to read a book or visit with some friends. I am so excited to see what the fitness room will be like. I won’t have to travel to go to the gym I can just walk o er to the o site fitness center.. we are getting new roof and patio doors as well this summer. And can’t forget about the laundry rooms located on each floor. They are putting new machines in them too. The owners really go the extra mile to be sure that the buildings are updated and kept up with. I recently moved into a completely renovated apartment. I love it and feel so comfortable here. And the staff here are such nice people.such a good experience”

“Food and service are always good here! We enjoyed a Large 5-way, which was huge, and a ranch chicken wrap. Meal was delicious! I usually eat KETO, and they have a chili bowl with hot dogs that is KETO friendly. They also have salads, wraps, etc. Definitely come check it out. It is 2 story, and they have a great area upstairs for large groups. We go there every year, between 20- 40 of us, when we are at Perfect North Ski Slopes (it's only about 15 min away from there). Enjoy!”

“This review is long overdue. Last summer Jason at TC Flag Source provided me a quote for a flag pole instillation. Jason was responsive and set clear expectations though out the purchase process. The flag pole is excellent, as I allowed Jason to select the pole he felt would be appropriate for my home. We elected to include a solar light, and also included flag clip silencers to prevent from "clanging" against the pole from the clips. Other flag poles I've seen in the neighborhood simply don't compare when taking into account fit and finish. I purchased a few flags as well. Perhaps my favorite part of my customer experience, has been the Half-Staff notification email's Jason will send out when there are instanced of Federal and State Half-Staff alerts. Kudos to Jason and TC Flag Source, for the fantastic instillation and continued follow-up. Neighbors have literally asked where I purchased the flag pole.”
