Both of them are exceedingly knowledgeable on the current market and new gear and parts that are available and they treat you like a member of their family (kind of like going to the same barber for years). When he showed up he was very professional and did a great job with changing out the glass in our windows. Completed it quickly and was professional. “Damsel in Distress! I was traveling from Northern WI to the Cities for business and while on the freeway my car started knocking and shaking. I pulled over to check my tires even though my tire pressure and engine light wasn't on. I didn't notice a flat so... I kept going. My Jeep continued to knock and shake and I still had a long way to go, so I took the Forest Lake exit in hopes that there was a shop near the exit. I pulled into the Tire Warehouse and Service and Chris was able to help me right away. My lug nuts were loose! I am so grateful for the immediate attention and excellent customer service I received. I am also going to note his professionalism not to dog the shop that installed my new tires just 3 weeks prior. I cannot even imagine if I would have continued to drive. “The transparency was unparalleled. No hard selling at all. Incredible customer service. Tim was really great. They gave us options but didn't press. We made an appointment time and they were there. They answered all are questions and then some. My only complaint was that they didn't have coffee or a pop machine, and I need caffeine every second for survival, lol. Really though, check them out. They fix up salvages, and even showed us pics of the car we bought when it came in. Cannot say enough good about this place. I have bought a lot of used cars in my day and they sold us a car that they clearly spared no expense making perfect again, it did not take all damn day, and Tim and the receptionist were friendly as hell without being fake about it. Really, we are going to come here next time we need another car, and we always do as we run a business that requires many vehicles. When the time comes, I will look here 100% You should too. Oh, and ask for Tim, as again Tim was incredibly awesome.”
