“What a great experience. My Jeep decided it didn’t want to go into gear as I was at a gas station Christmas morning. Luckily I have AAA and they towed me to Honest 1 in Burnsville. With the Holiday weekend, I knew they wouldn’t even know it was there until Monday. Long story short, I had my Jeep back my Monday evening. Honest 1 did the repairs to get my vehicle back on the road, and suggested things that should be done based on mileage and performance, but not once were they pushy. I hand more done than I thought I would, but because of how awesome the process was, I didn’t hesitate. I even declined some of it, and they were honest in saying that it wasn’t an immediate need, but would have to be addressed eventually. Definitely would recommend and I’ll be back when my Jeep needs service again....which will be sooner than later I bet.”

“Mom here! My 8 year old wanted to learn to snowboard and I've been a downhill skier thus far. New territory for both my son and I! I promised to learn with my son and.... NO idea what we needed. First impression with the staff: Really good at listening to what we were going into and why. They were very helpful, patient and knowledgeable! I had questions from boards, bindings and boots to clothing, protection, waxing/sharping and outerwear. I can't emphasize enough how patient the staff was. I felt confident and comfortable with the help gearing up the both of us. In addition to that they helped with outerwear for my 10 year old skiing son Great group of folks here! Big box stores can't compare to the dedication here. I will be back when my kiddos grow out of their gear! Thanks Zombie Board staff!”

“I stopped by the Chavis location with my Hoover carpet shampooer — could not get a tricky part back in place after cleaning the machine. Michael helped with the difficult part and had it in place in two minutes, then finished putting everything else back together in another few minutes. Would not accept anything for his service. “I’m glad I Read the directions before looking at reviews because anyone who has done that knows that the gate latch will meet the other side once it’s actually installed. A 7 year old, 2 year old, 2 cats that can jump the gate and an Elkhound later and it’s still standing strong. From reading some of these other reviews it’s obvious they never should have moved passed kindergarten because even my 2 year old knows how to install this thing.”

Initially we started working with Jeff, who was patient and didn't seem to mind one bit that we wanted to drive a ton of cars. We wanted to buy used so we were picky. After going home and discussing and deciding on the vehicle we wanted we reached out again. Unfortunately he would be there to continue working together. He set us up with James who was also incredibly patient and knowledgeable about the Subaru brand. Helped us make the best decision we could! Never once did we feel pressured. We LOVE the car we ended up purchasing. Added bonus that the dealership is lovely and new. Clean and safe.
