  Rob, Paula, Nik, Julie, and the rest of the staff at The Body Project are outstanding. They have a keen understanding of human physiology and have tremendous patience in teaching their clients how to strengthen body and mind. They are great support for people of all ages who want to live a life full of vitality and free of pain. They’re the BEST!

  I started at The Body Project over two years ago. Very overweight and almost 50- I needed to change how I ate and how I worked out. The Body Project is just the answer!
  It took me six months to lose 35 lbs and 23 inches. Here is the Great News... two years later, all of it remains off and I feel healthy and strong. Paula mainly focuses on nutrition and Rob focuses on fitness. They are extremely knowledgeable and so caring and understanding of how this journey works. They really build a personalized plan just for you. The community of people that use The Body Project are so supportive... they are like an extension of your family.
