PCS Residential

I had an excellent experience with PCS who worked with my insurance company to get my roof replaced after insurance initially provided a limited settlement. My experience with the installation of the new roof was just as good. The company did an excellent job with the installation and clean-up, was very professional and performed the work in a timely manner. Based on my experience, I can highly recommend PCS Residential for those with roofing needs.

I used PCS for roof and window replacements 12 years ago, all of that work is still in good quality condition.

I called them out this week(Ethan) since it seemed like everybody else in the neighborhood was getting a new roof. Ethan took a look at it and said mine didn’t need it. I appreciate his honesty and letting me know that my roof is in good shape. In an industry where there are a lot of crooks, it’s good to have someone to depend on for honesty

Our two previous damaged window claims were denied, the first denial was based off a 90-page engineers report that claimed the damage occurred prior to our move-in date. Ethan and Nate from PCS took the time to listen to our story and then inspected our windows. They then took the time to carefully review the 90-page report. After comparing their inspection results to the previous engineers report, they were confident they could prove that new damage existed - and they were right! We ended up getting approval for all new windows and could not be happier! The process to approval was very fast and communication with the PCS team was amazing - our numerous questions were always answered quickly and their explanations have been concise and easy to understand. We feel fortunate to have the support provided by Ethan and the expertise of the entire PCS Team throughout this process. There are so many storm chasers out there - don't set yourself up for disappointment by settling with any of them. Highly Recommended. Have already recommended. Will continue to recommend. We weren't aware that we had recent storm damage when Bryan Freeland of PCS Residential came by to see if we were still happy from work his company had previously done. He inspected our roof and windows, suggesting we contact our insurance inspector. We ended up getting our roof and several windows replaced. Bryan was helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable, throughout the whole process. He was very good at communicating, especially regarding some minor supply chain issues. This was our second time working with PCS Residential and we appreciate the ease of working with them, the high quality of work, and workers who clean up the job site well. We highly recommend Bryan Freeland and PCS Residential.
