She was great with communication and checking in with me to make sure I was comfortable. I definitely felt she listened to my concerns and what I was going for. Her attention to cutting my hair was way different than what I have been accustomed to! Way more attention to her cuts, and making sure the lengths matched up and all the blending she was doing.
