Dakota Valley Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery

Had to have an extraction done. All the staff I dealt with were very courteous and knowledgeable. The nurse assisting Dr. Stacey was very thorough in answering questions and explaining post surgery care. Dr. Stacey was very pleasant and reassuring in her manner making the entire procedure less stressful. (The ice cream present afterwards was a sweet reward!)

All the staff from the receptionist on through were friendly and helpful. The paperwork took longer than my extraction and I didn’t like that my social security number was requested so I did not provide it. The assistant was great explaining things and the dentist was professional. The ice cream to go was really appreciated. I’m so grateful to have that tooth out! Thank you!

Dr. Rake and the others that worked with my daughter when she had her wisdom teeth removed were wonderful. They were very sensitive to her anxiety and panic issues, patient, and understanding. I called two different times with post-operative questions and they were helpful and understanding.

The people are great from the moment you walk in the door and it doesn’t end.

Both my kids had their wisdom teeth extracted here… both of them, even at such young ages, told me how great the oral surgeons were.

Dr. Stacy is wonderful. I met with her to discuss a situation with a molar that I thought needed to be removed based on another doctor's recommendation. She examined the tooth and came up with an alternate plan, She has removed two teeth in the past and installed one implant. She is a knowledgeable, personable and caring DR.

They've always had pretty good food here. The bread is usually really fresh. The Veggies & cheese are Fresh & kept chilled. I've never had any Warm or Hot Vegetables put onto any of the Sandwiches I have gotten from there. They do get Busy at Certain Times of the day. I have not gotten a Fountain Drink from there in like Year's, reason being for that is one of my Son's friends worked there during High School & She told me that I should probably go over to the Gas Station part to get a drink, because the machine at Subway was very Dirty & Full of Mold growing inside it. I know this to be a Factual Fact, because She Showed me & I Saw it with my Own Eyes. It could be all fixed & better by now, due to this being around 2015, but, as For Myself, I Shall Pass on the Fountain Machine Drinks there, unless I could see it all with my Own Eyes that it's Kept Clean & Sanitary with No Mold. But, other than that, the Subway in the TINY Town of MARKLE, INDIANA Has Really Fresh & Good Food. I recommend eating there. Just might skip on the Fountain Pop Machine.😊

Deena was my helper in the Markle, IN location and I was so satisfied with my experience. There was actually a customer right before me who did not speak English and Deena did such an exceptional job making sure she gave the customer the full experience despite a language barrier. Then it got to my turn. I felt so helped and appreciated and it is honestly the best experience I've ever had in a subway location. Deena deserves recognition of some sort because her customer service skill are those of an eagle and not a duck.

Not many food outlets to select from at thus exit and because subway is attached to a gas station it looks smaller then it really is. We first thought it was more of just a take out place but to our surprise there is plenty of room to dine in and it was clean. Service was good and all was fresh. Manager appeared to be training someone new and was very friendly and patient with employee. Washroom was next door and it too was very clean.
