“This spring, one of the larger companies salesmen was In our neighborhood. He had Impressive pictures taken w/a drone.. later, I had learned that this is not always something that can be detected by viewing.. it really needs to be touched. I wouldn’t have known that. Late summer , Chad w/Kienholtz builders stopped, inquiring about my roof. gave him a few minutes of my time, he was very kind and informative, I was glad I did. Turns out, I got a fabulous new roof ( love the color, I changed it a bit) Their crew was fast, efficient, and courteous. Did a great job!”

“After checking this company at the Better Business Bureau, I called them for an evaluation of the condition of my roof. I was seeking an honest opinion about whether I needed to consider a new roof before winter. This company offered a free estimate, and they appeared promptly, and gave me an expert evaluation which gave me confidence that I did not need a new roof. I accept this opinion, and realize that this company could have given me a different opinion and perhaps gotten to bid on the new roof, but they didn't. I will definitely consult with this company when I really do need to replace the roof. Thank-you very much for your honest evaluation.”

“HomeProAmerica built a new composite deck, which turned out beautifully, they were timely, and cleaned up afterwards and our new deck is wonderful. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is that someone was suppose to come back and cover the exposed footings and we have not gotten a response from them since January 2021, after reaching out several times. The exposed footings look awful.”

“Roof Time was a great help with my roof replacement in Richfield MN. After some hail storms in late summer of 2021 I had them out to inspect and their recommendation was to file a claim. They made sure they were there when the claims adjuster was on site to show them all the damage to ensure that my house received the most dollars for replacement. After a replacement was granted everything was replaced within a few months. Payment was easy, not a penny out of pocket.”
