“We did a complete remodel and expansion (150 square feet) of our kitchen and mud room area. It was a down to the studs reconfiguration that relocated and added plumbing fixtures, added a makeup air and tempering unit for a 600CFM range hood, all new cabinets, 2 islands, a walk in mud room closet, an additional window and a walk in pantry. In addition 1200 square feet of oak flooring was refinished, 300 square feet of porcelain tile was installed and a foyer closet was removed. Despite COVID all the work was accomplished in a timely and professional manner. The quality of workmanship was superb and any minor issues were quickly resolved (there will always be issues in a complex renovation). At the end of the process, we were able to say that if we had to do it again, we would not change anything. If contemplating a renovation you SHOULD should talk to Dale and his team. Honest, fair and great quality.”

“Update: I purchased a bedroom set in October 2019. Illsa was my salesperson. She was great! Illsa is friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy! She introduced me to Schneiderman's customer service first hand. I recommend shopping with her. Part of my set was special order. It arrived at their warehouse in December. Because of holidays and my not expecting it to arrive so soon I asked if I could delay shipping since I still needed to paint and get flooring. I was told they could store it for me until July. They were so understanding and cooperative. Schneiderman's customer service continues.. Because of personal health issues and Schneiderman's covid safety precautions my furniture couldn't be delivered until today! I can't thank them enough for being understanding about delivery because of my health issues. Once again, customer service continues. Today, Colin and AJ delivered my furniture. They arrived at earlier hour of estimated 2 hour time span. They were professional, knowledgeable and so helpful! There was damaged to my chest of drawers and they immediately acknowledged it and put it back in the truck. They handled it perfectly and were so helpful and friendly. Again,customer service came first! If they are any representation of all the delivery personnel at Schneiderman's, the company should be proud. Schneiderman's = great quality furniture + customer service I highly recommend them! **update Mindy from Customer Care handled the situation of the damaged chest to my complete satisfaction. AGAIN customer service was number one. She's so helpful, patient, kind and friendly! The repair was done with no trace of any prior flaw. “We purchased a new-to-us home a few years ago, and it was in foreclosure at the time. The people that moved out did everything that they could to take anything that was not nailed down with them... and they even took some things that were nailed down too! The living room fireplace is a Heat 'n Glo model and it seemed in good condition -- just needing to be cleaned. Since Heat 'n Glo is owned by Hearth & Home, we contacted our local Hearth & Home store for the inspection and cleaning. The Hearth & Home technician was excellent. After cleaning and inspecting the unit, he stated that the prior owners had not left us with a full compliment of log AND they had removed/taken the fan unit. He was able to order what we needed and came back about one week later to finish the installation. Once back up and running, the fireplace works very nicely and it looks great. based on our experience with this Heat 'n Glo unit and the Hearth & Home technician that helped us, we wold not hesitate to purchase a product from them again or use their services.”

Sue Cowell helped me to select furniture for my living room, family room and dining room. She was excellent in her work and very patient. I needed to get a rug for my living and Sue referred to me David Lindquist "Old Dave". Dave was very knowledgable in his work on rugs. He looked at the color of my floor, wall, and kitchen cabinets and he was able to recommend a very nice rug for my dining. In addition Dave recommended a very good rug pad. “Raphael is a rockstar!! My 18 mos old couch broke due to poor design. The manufacturer was no help. I called Gilton Upholstery. Raphael looked at my couch and said he could fix and reinforce it. I mentioned that the couch was comfy but it was too low to the ground. And explained how he could address my issues and make the couch more functional for me. Build a foundation and add new sturdy and attractive legs. 1 week later, Raphael delivered my couch in beautiful shape with a strong frame and beautiful new legs, and foundation. He was helpful, kind and did great work for a reasonable price. I can't recommend him enough.”
