I wish I had gone in sooner as the care and patience that Dr Shen and Jen was a godsend to this anxious soul! The amenities such as the chair and room were nice appointed and set me at ease. The team of Dr. Shen and Jen worked well together, not saying much, but understanding the process so very well, and making sure I was comfortable throughout. “I'm adding to this review 8 years later... She was great to start with 8 yrs ago, but I have to say now that she's flat out becoming a master at her practice. I was back to see her, with a bad back from moving equipment in my shop. Super painful, could barely walk. She went right to the exact problem with her "wizardry" and it was gone in a matter of days, not weeks. Incredible. Thanks Doc! 8 years before... OK i have to agree with these other reviews. I went to her with a real arch problem in my feet that was almost making me chair bound. I went to her and she had me on my feet, no pain within a month. She then got me on proper insoles in my shoes. Now I'm hiking 2 miles per day, 50-60 miles per month... no problem.”
