“I give this clinic a five star already. I cannot even begin to say how thankful I am. I was able to get my 8 year old daughter into the PHPprogram here. The one she is going to do is a 10 week wait and mostly because other clinics do not take eight-year-olds. The intake for the appointment is less than a week, NOT months out. I would like my daughter to start seeing an individual behavior therapist going forward to keep this going. So that appointment is also in less than a week. I have tried for months to get my daughter in for behavioral therapy, I have called Fairview which is 10 weeks for my daughter to do the PHP program. I have called children’s, Alina, Ares, Serenity, behavioral health And many more clinics to get my daughter in sooner. The waitlist are too long and I can’t. There are some really good programs out there as well, but unfortunately don’t take state insurance because they don’t wanna deal with the billing inconveniences. Then today I was recommended the Lorenz clinic. Many patients don’t understand the waiting Criteria. Some can be very biased due to their own mental health and medical cost. Due to me, leaving my position at the U of M and loss of my insurance. Many places do not want to take Minnesota blue plus and the Lorenz clinic Has chosen to be a part of their medical programs. That tells me a lot about this clinic already, that they are willing to put their patient needs and care above their own medical treatment cost. But I can rest today, knowing that my daughter is gonna get the help that she needs so that she will go back to school School again.”

“We stopped by Dubbels last week to have our fifth wheel camper and tow vehicle washed and waxed. What a great experience! We did their full service wash plus a heavy duty scrub of the fifth wheel roof. We also had them do their premium wax on the fifth wheel. The job was complete in 30-35 minutes. The price was very reasonable. And the fifth wheel looks amazing! We don't live in the area but will go out of our way to bring the rig back to Dubbels!”

He has cared for our parrots (Umbrella Cockatoo, African Grey, and Rose-breasted Cockatoo) over the years and is now helping us with our Samoyed puppy. He is the most caring veterinarian we have ever had. He makes time to see them when there is none in his schedule. He plays with the animals and you can clearly tell he really loves them. Once, he stayed up all night with our Umbrella Cockatoo tube feeding her when she was sick. If that doesn't speak to his character, I don't know what does. He has our highest recommendation. “I’m mildly shocked by all the bad reviews… I’m new to this clinic. I found my hand PT Sophia to be the expert I needed. There is a fine balance between kindness, knowledge and efficiency that makes Professionalism, and she has it. In one appt I had exercises on PTX and custom-made splints. One problem went beyond her role as PT. She referred me to Dr. Yeo for further assessment. I got an appt the next morning with Dr. Yeo and my first cortizone shot, which was unexpected. He was also excellent- energetic, personable, observant, efficient, authentic. I felt comfortable and heard, which I can’t say for a lot of doctors. And he met my curiosity by pointing out structures through the seeming static of an ultrasound image. Love it. The front desk women and Allison were professional and warm and I didn’t have a problem scheduling a follow up appointment and an MRI. In fact, Radiology called ME to schedule. My busy mind really appreciates the proactive initiative and interdepartmental communication flow. For the first time after many years of pain, I feel I’m getting the appropriate treatment for my damaged, painful hand. I am hopeful instead of resolute. I know the future process steps of care which reduces anxiety. My only complaint was the pain of the cortizone shot, but hey, what can you do? 🤷 My experience at this clinic has been outstanding. I’ve worked in healthcare and I have seen patients treated awfully and without empathy. When things go well, human nature dictates that it goes unnoticed because it unconsciously meets our expectations for care. In other words, when everything goes the way we think it should, we don’t even notice. That’s when you know your care is really good!! Smooth! Uneventful! I’m counting my blessings. Thank you all”
