Whether it is great customer service (flexible appointments, walk in service) or the free rotations, flat repair or inspection (if you purchased your tire there), it's hard for me to see myself going elsewhere after 10+ years. I had a great experience today where the sales rep (Adam) replaced my trailer tire in under 4 minutes during a slower period of the day. Unfortunately, after looking at the receipt at home, I was charged for a Certificate for Refund/Replacement which was not communicated to me. Not a huge deal since it was $11, but that definitely lost a star for the Google review because I would have opted out if I was aware.”

“Bought a Duracell Ultra at this location a year ago for my car. Battery came with a 3 yr warranty. Dealership tested battery during a routine service and said that something was wrong with it. Voltage and cold cranking amps were low even after they charged it. Went in to Batteries Plus with my receipt purchase receipt and the dealership notes. Everything was handled professionally and the battery was replaced under warranty at no expense to me. Kudos to the customer service rep who took care of me today. Makes it highly likely that my next battery will be purchased at Batteries Plus. I am a happy customer.”
