“Bought a Duracell Ultra at this location a year ago for my car. Battery came with a 3 yr warranty. Dealership tested battery during a routine service and said that something was wrong with it. Voltage and cold cranking amps were low even after they charged it. Went in to Batteries Plus with my receipt purchase receipt and the dealership notes. Everything was handled professionally and the battery was replaced under warranty at no expense to me. Kudos to the customer service rep who took care of me today. “Dr. Barnett and his staff IMMEDIATELY eased my trouble mind as I recently dealt with a serious health scare. Not only were they quick to get me in, everyone in his practice I dealt with treated me with the utmost respect and gave me such compassionate and understanding care. I had a zillion questions and Dr. Barnett took the time to answer every one of them, never making me feel rushed or troublesome. Instead, I felt as if I was the most important patient he had. Hence, I immediately felt a high level of trust with him. When he had to deliver some not-so-good news about my MRI just prior to my surgery, he sensed my fear, which I had no way of hiding, then placed a gentle hand on my shoulder and asked if he could pray with me. I teach at a private Catholic high school, and believe I am a woman of great faith, so this simple gesture was further proof to me that this intelligent, highly-educated man was sent to me as my healer. Dr. Barnett also referred me to two other incredible doctors that are equally as instrumental in my care. I think there is much to be said about a doctor and the “company” they keep. I now find myself on a quick road to recovery. These referrals, and their staffs, are just as awesome as he is! So, I know I am being taken care of by the best in their respective fields. But, it all began with Dr. Barnett. I know I will refer him to everyone I know who needs a great podiatrist. He and his staff are the epitome of what you expect from medical professionals. I had taken the 705 Bus from Golden Valley to Walmart and when I finished shopping, I heard that there was a complete lockdown in the parking lot because of a shooting. The bus could not get in and I was stuck. One of the Brooklyn Park Police Officers kindly arranged for a Hennepin County Sheriff’s deputy to drive me home. I want to thank everyone involved, especially the police officer and Scott, the Sheriff’s deputy. Now that is real professional service and real thoughtfulness.”
