“I want to give recognition to the man who worked in/closed down the deli tonight. I overheard a conversation with him and a customer. The customer was very angry because they had to close early due to being short staffed. I understand how retail works and i just want to say that that man handled the situation so well and so properly. I didn’t get his name because i didn’t want to bother him. But the customer was extremely rude to him, yet he still was nice to the man and did his job competently. Kudos to him! He has brown hair and is maybe around 5’9-6’0. He worked the night of September 20th.”

“This is one of the cleanest & well organized Goodwills that I have been in. I only gave a 4 star rating because the minute I stepped in, there was an overpowering smell of bleach. It was so bad that my husband had to go sit in the car. It also limited my shopping time. I came upon the culprit when I went down an aisle where an employee was cleaning off shelves. The manager asked this poor guy if he wanted a mask. There are other, safer ways to clean than having your nostril hairs burned off. Found some nice treasures. A specific lamp shade that I needed, some home decor & vinyl. Yes, albums are a thing!!! My question - where are Men's outerwear. I could find no coats or jackets. Cashier was not engaging in my friendly banter. Did ask me if I had any coupons, which I did not realize was a thing. Should have asked what that was about. Parking was excellent but they need to do deep removal off the packed snow. Driving through the parking lot was like driving through a untended field with deep ruts.”
