Top quality FBO.

Absolutely a great FBO. I was based out of flying cloud for about a week and kept my plane here. Being there for a week I dealt with the whole entire staff, front desk, line crew, and even their maintenance department. I’m happy to say that everybody delivers incredible customer service and are very considerate of their clients time. It’s rare to find a friendly and time considerate maintenance team, but they have it! Would defiantly recommend to anybody flying into KFCM. They will take the headache out of GA.

I keep my SR22 at Premier Jet Center and everyone there is phenomenal. They understand the importance of an excellent customer experience and ensure I always get outstanding service. From the customer service desk, to the line folks, to the maintenance staff I feel like I'm their only customer and it’s this high level of customer experience that sets them apart from all the rest of the FBO’s at KFCM and most anywhere else that I have visited.

I spent a week at FCM with my Cirrus SR22T, flying every day. I was treated like I was flying a G650 by all of the personnel at Premier Jet Center. Everybody, without exception, was outstanding! Great snacks too!
