Public Storage

Michelle has been so very helpful over the at least 3 years I've been using Public Storage. It's reassuring to know someone so helpful will be there when I need help or anything!

We have rented a storage unit for over a decade. Maybe two!
Michelle has been such an angel throughout the years renting from PS - in Excelsior.
She has always made sure that we were taken care of at all times. Whether, to make sure my account was on schedule and maybe a CC - needed a new update to checking on our unit to make sure everything was good.

We may have shed a few tears when we finally moved our property to a storage unit up North.

I've had a storage unit off and on for about a decade. The staff here is super nice, and the units are pretty well maintained. Security is typical, gated, keypad entry(covid got them to create an app with a hands free gate opener linked to user accounts...) and moving out is pretty easy...

They have both climate controlled and non-climate controlled units too...

I'd recommend this to friends.

The price I good, I've seen stalls in barns go for more...

We rented a unit today at the Public Storage in Excelsior Minnesota. We were able to set it up online very easily. Michelle and John were extremely pleasant and helpful and gave us all the information we needed to get stuff in our storage unit right away. Michele took us to our unit and gave us helpful information to help prevent moisture damage from condensation and demonstrated how to best open & lock the door and got us all set up with remote phone access through the gate. I would highly recommend public storage in Excelsior!!
