I've used fitHAUS for a couole years now. My wife and I have always gotten great workouts with their trainers. Our current weekly trainer, Ricky, has been great at helping us individually progress at cardio, strength, core, and flexibility. Overall, just a worthwhile time.

Everyone is so nice and helpful. The work out is excellent and the trainers are always available to help with modifications, to encourage, or help with proper form to prevent injury.

Conor has been great to work with in a virtual format. I love working out from home and not having to go into the gym. It’s been a super experience. Having a personal trainer keeps me accountable and he is a joy to work with even while he pushes me to work harder!

I am a senior citizen with Rheumatoid Arthritis and I have been working with Dario for a few months. I appreciate his willingness to adjust the session exercises according to how I am feeling on that day. His kinesiology degree and his rehab experience is evident in the way he tailors the exercises to my specific needs. He is always prepared, professional and pleasant. I have increased my stamina and my ability to balance. With his encouragement I have started walking almost every day, I was concerned that I would be too boring for a skilled trainer as he is but he always makes me feel that my accomplishments matter and that my small successes are as important as anyone that is training for a serious fitness event.

I have been doing Fithaus for almost 3 months and started seeing results early on. I have been gaining lean muscle and feel more energized throughout the day. My trainer, Sydney, is very knowledgeable and each workout with him is challenging and rewarding. My workouts are all custom tailored to my goals and needs, which keeps me motivated and engaged. I highly recommend Fithaus and especially Sydney as a trainer, and look forward to continuing to make progress towards my fitness goals.
