Next day order was ready with a handwritten note on it for local pickup. They adjusted my order and made sure everything was taken care of fulfillment wise and payment wise. Install was surprisingly easy, once I figured out the flexible bands on the lower levels of my spice racks. Ordered a big one for sauce jars and soup cans and a smaller one for spices.
