I knew without a fit adjustment I was not going to make it. I was getting desperate sitting in my hotel googling bike fitters. I had never contacted Chris before. He responded almost immediately during his vacation and helped me out. While it was not a proper bike fit as it was over the phone with photos, it helped tremendously and allowed me to continue.
