They have always been warm and friendly and have gone above and beyond in terms of service, such as providing me with a loaner car for a day when all I wanted done was mount Summer/Winter tires. I have been to many Porsche dealers over the years, and also have an Audi/Volvo in the family. I feel like the other two dealers can learn quite a bit about Customer Service from the staff over at Porsche Minneapolis. These folks really do set the bar in terms of Service.”

They helped me find the correct size for my son's needs, explained how it all operated, helped me pick the font for his name patch... It was a wonderful experience. But it didn't end there! A terrible thing happened to my son's bag before we used it for the first time and when I reached out for help on how I could fix the mess that was 100% our fault they were so nice, and friendly and caring and told us to go to the store and they replaced his bag. Again, this was not a quality issue or defect, it was an accident which was 100% our fault and they replaced our bag (our cat hid inside a room we keep locked and thought the bag was a litter box). They were so kind when I reached out and when I went to the store! I already recommended Dream Duffel based on my first experience at store. Their customer service blew me out of the water once more!”

“Shane greeted my family and I as soon as we entered, and it only got better from there. Shane, like a grizzled captain at sea, guided me a hopelessly adrift homeowner to the correct answers. He was also able to help shorten my total project time by making sure i had the perfect type of finish, and that the paint i picked ( Emerald ) would allow for a primer less application and complete coverage of the previous owners vibrant red entrance colors. He was super informative, walked me right to the section for chalkboard paint while me mixed my custom color, and even offered to shake it up for me while i continued shopping. polite, helpful, and knowledgeable employees like Shane are what sets a company apart from their competitors. That man deserves a raise!”

“NOT your grandpa’s scooter - but it should be. Brace yourself, this could be long but worth it. We originally started with two older scooters and decided to replace them. We moved into an area with there were more hills and trails, and the scooters we had were not going to make it. While looking at other scooters we came across Five Star Scooters “Raptor”. We decided to call the store and talk to them more about their machine and equipment. Steve was the most excellently honest sales person that we have ever talked to. Not only did he answer our questions and there were many, but he sent videos, shares personal experiences and was honest and objective. He asked us what we were going to use the scooters for, he asked us how often we thought we’d use them, he made sure that the Raptor was going to fit our needs and more. He honestly cared! The moment the scooters came out of the box you could tell they were different. Yes, they are fast. But more, we could take them on trails that are other scooter couldn’t handle, we could take them down dirt roads and not have to worry about the our scooters not making it, we could go off the trail to see things that you normally wouldn’t be able to find. These are scooters that can truly give you freedom. And even more important? They are extremely fun! You feel like you can go anywhere and do anything without having to depend on anyone.
