“This property is the best! We've been here 3 months and we love it. The building, grounds and amenities are incredible. Staff are great - responsive and caring. Walking distance to all sorts of things. Halls & apartment are quiet, all the common areas are beautiful...I still can hardly believe the backyard. Great for dogs, kids, all ages. I spend a lot of time here since I work from home; everyone I've encountered so far is friendly and respectful. We were homeowners for 20+ years but this place already feels like home. Price is quite reasonable for all that's included. We looked for a long time and I have no doubt we found the right place. Take a tour and you'll see why!”

“Tower Hill Park, in the Prospect Park neighborhood, on top of the highest natural landform in Minneapolis, overlooks the University of Minnesota and downtown Minneapolis. I've never heard the 110-foot tower atop this hill called anything other than "The Witch's Hat," which aptly describes the shape of its roof. The tower, built in 1913, is open once a year, during nearby Pratt Elementary's annual ice cream social.”
