  Nick was amazing to work with throughout our home buying process. His knowledge of the local market and negotiation skills were invaluable in helping us to find and purchase our dream home, particularly as we were moving from out of state. He was attentive, took time to understand our preferences, and was patient in locating the right house. He was always eager to advocate on our behalf. Nick's experience really shone through as he helped us to navigate several complications between our offer and successful closing. Even after we closed on our house at the end of May, Nick checked in to make sure our move from Madison had gone smoothly and that our family was settling in. It's truly been a pleasure to work with Nick and his team at Leyendecker Realty. Highly recommended!

  We had a wonderful experience working with Nick and his team at Leyendecker Realty, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! We started looking at homes about 3 years before we bought, and Tony and Nick sent us MLS listings and checked in periodically until we were drawn out-of-state for work. Then, when we decided to relocate back to the Twin Cities, we worked with Nick long-distance, eventually purchasing a home before even seeing it in person. This was only possible because of Nick’s exceptional knowledge of the local market, negotiating skills, and responsiveness. Throughout the entire process, Sage handled all the details seamlessly and was a pleasure to work with.   Nick and Sage are best in class when it comes to real estate. They offered excellent advice on all aspects of the buying and selling process on everything from staging, selling strategy to maximize our offers received, and helped us navigate the process of building our new home. Nick always made himself available to answer any questions and we felt like a priority throughout. Without a doubt we would use them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for an agent they can count on.

  Nick and Sage were absolutely wonderful to work with. Expert knowledge, professionalism and responsiveness. We had a few challenges come up through our home selling process and Nick was right there with us working through it all. We were impressed by the photography and marketing which were exceptional; this really set our home apart from others on the market. I would HIGHLY recommend Nick Leyendecker and his team to anyone considering selling or buying a home.

  We couldn't have asked for a better experience in selling our first home with Nick & Sage @ Leyendecker Realty. From our first meeting, Nick was extremely knowledgeable and prepared to educate us on overall market trends and specifics in our neighborhood for our home. He did an excellent job of helping us understand all of our options as we went through the process of selling our home. Both Sage and Nick were extremely prompt and timely in ALL communication, and really helped put our minds at ease as we always were made aware of what to expect and next steps throughout the entire process. And, the marketing the team put together was hands-down amazing! Nick's expertise, attention to detail, and responsiveness gave us the competitive edge we were looking for to successfully sell our home (and be able to net a full price offer!).
