Sharkey’s Cuts for Kids - Minnetonka

Stopped by for some braids for my daughter. I had never heard of Sharkey’s, so I thought I’d give it a shot. This hair was for a gymnastics competition, and Abbie (stylist) made sure the braids/buns were secured and knew how important it was that her hair would not fall apart (she was a former a figure skater, so she knows secure hair!!). This picture doesn’t really do it justice. It’s amazing. Abbie nailed it - my daughter wasn’t disappointed. She also offered her own personal scrunchie because we had only brought 1 (but I ended up finding one in the car), which I thought was so kind. Professional, friendly, and definitely worth it if you’re a mom like me that lacks the skill to do some braids! We will be back. Special shout out to all the other stylists who were all very nice and helpful at Sharkey’s!

Sharkeys was a very welcoming and fun atmosphere! It was my daughter’s first haircut at almost five years old, and she had a blast! The stylist, Abbie, was absolutely phenomenal! Very nice, friendly, and great with kids! She sectioned it off before cutting so we were able to take it with us and donate it as well. I love that they donate proceeds from each haircut to charities, and the kiddos get to choose which one! This is definitely our go to kids salon from now on!

Great cars/seats for the kids to sit in. They have tvs to distract them as well. The staff is obviously experienced with kids. Overall, a good experience.
