“Wonderful pilates studio with a great instructor. Pilates is a great low impact way to get active - especially if you are just starting out. And Bodiology is a great place to learn. The studio is conveniently located off of 394 with plenty of parking. Inside it has high ceilings, skylights, hardwood floors with boho carpets and a fireplace. It’s warm and welcoming space. Not intimidating and cold like so many gyms! The instructor, also a Catherine, is patient and really cares that you learn and take care of your body. She is great at explaining everything and matching the speed at which you learn. I really enjoy working with her! Check out her Groupon specials for beginners, but make sure the times work for you before purchasing :).”

I had KOVO catered for my wedding this past weekend and not only was the food delicious and loved by everyone but the person that came went above and beyond by making sure everything was set up on time, set up nicely, packed nicely when everyone was finished, and even made sure small details were completed (even my coordinator didn't realize these small tasks were not complete). I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to get catering from KOVO or go in/take out for a delicious meal!
