I used google reviews to narrow down to two collision centers I wanted my car towed to, and Luther Collision and Glass in Plymouth was a preferred shop through my insurance, so I chose this shop. From day 1 the communication was outstanding, the process moved fairly quickly. I started on a Thursday morning, and by Friday morning my car was picked up, brought to their lot, and I completed a walk around and signed papers to start the inspection process. I had Rachel S. as my main contact, her communication was as frequent as I requested, always quick to respond, always kind and professional. Everyone else I encountered during this process was always friendly, professional and kind as well. Luther Collision and Glass, especially Rachel S. took wonderful care of me during a really stressful time. Getting my car back to me looking brand new in under 4 weeks is pretty good in my opinion! They also detailed the inside of the car for me, a huge bonus!”

I scheduled my pickup and the day before I needed to pick up Nikkolette sent me an email alerting me to construction in the area and included a map image with the correct detour to get to their location. That is above and beyond customer service. I ordered 6 flavors and of course had to sample them all. 5 stars across the board. They were all delicious, but the Orange Chocolate has a stronghold on me and I bought extra for my freezer when I picked up! I appreciate that all of the flavors are gluten free so I'm not concerned with cross contamination like some other shops that use garnishes or fillings that contain gluten.”

“I have purchased a truck bed of mulch and landscaping stones on separate occasions. Easy for a homeowner to do, and the staff was helpful (you might need some orientation the first time). Everything is by weight. You pick your own stones if you want, or I'm sure they'll scoop them if you have an appropriate vehicle. They dumped the mulch into my truck, which makes it super easy.”

“Overwhelming. So many options and so many choices. Fairly busy place. But it was a Sunday. Plan to spend some time if you're looking. Lots of options and choices and lots of great displays showing the products in use in many different colors for many different choices. I think 80% is all in black and white and gray. So you're going to have a lot more choices than those who want neutrals or beiges. Everything seemed very trendy which is great for some people. We were there for over an hour and nobody that worked there ever offered to help or asked us if we needed any help. Nobody even acknowledged us or said hi in the whole hour and 15 minutes we were there. That's the part that I find disappointing. But they do have a lot of great choices.”
