“This is one of the easiest 5 stars I will give. Freewheel Bike, specifically the Richfield location, has been outstanding in their service even during the busiest time of their shop's history. I needed my bike to be re-cabled and tires setup tubeless in a rapid turnaround, and they stayed an hour after close to work on my bike. Even better, they did it with a smile and let me hang around until finished. Tom Lais, one of the shop employees, conversed with me about stories and lessons regarding bikes, adventure, and life. I felt welcomed and valued as a customer. I will be returning to this shop for my bike needs from now on. As someone who has been to 10+ shops in the Twin Cities, this has been my favorite!
