Wayzata Bait & Tackle is my favorite shop to go to when I go Fishing! It has everything you can think of. It's way better than going to a candy store. It has everything between lures, baits, buckets, reels, fishing poles, lots of interesting things you need and more. Check it out for yourself you won't be disappointed! Customer service is Top-notch! And even if you want to start fishing early in the morning Wayzata Bait and Tackle Shop opens at 5:00 a.m. So Perfect. Can't ask for more so Fabulous!!!:)))

Most bait shops open at 7, Wayzata opens at 6. They have plenty of live bait and artificial bait to fill those pesky voids in your box, all from a guy with a refreshingly dry sense of humor. Worth the trip.

Stopped in there today just to see what was going on and check it out because it's close to the house, when I got in there it was like fisherman's heaven.
Not only were the staff educated and helping us get educated on what types of lures and bobbers and hooks to use for the type of fish that we were trying to get.
But they had basically pretty much everything that you could possibly think of for fishing whether it's plastic baits, live baits, minnows, leeches, grub worms and nightcrawlers they have everything.
Prices are so fair that you don't realize how much you're spending.
All I can say is this is a great place to visit and didn't smell. Very nice and clean organized by the types of fish you're trying to catch definitely worth a visit.
