“I found this place by chance the night before, when I was looking for coffee shops in the area. This is a pretty small space, but very warm and inviting. These folks are still practicing covid safety protocols which is extremely reassuring, and they have an expansive selection of leftist political books, various categories ranging from theory and history to cooking and mental wellness. They even have children's and young adult books! There's something in here for everyone, and I'm really glad I visited. Will definitely be back whenever I find myself in the area again!”

“Loved my visit here. They've compartmentalized it really well. It's not hard to find a particular toy due to store design. I believe they've sorted toys by age as well. Staff were friendly and willing to help but didn't overwhelm us. You could bring your kids here just for the experience. Life size animals gives your kids the thrill they didn't know they wanted. “Huge inventory of clothes & jewelry, home goods, furniture and books. Pretty well organized so makes it easier to get in and out if you're in a hurry. Most garments are reasonably priced. For example: Blouses and shirts $4.99 -$8.99. Jean's, slacks and active wear roughly $7.99 - $10.99 and so on. The staff imare cordial and helpful. I have an issue with NOT providing dressing rooms which in effect means you guess at the fit, take it home to try on. It it is all wrong you can exchange items only within 2 weeks. I feel this is restrictive, but otherwise a great place to find reasonably priced good quality clothes as an alternative to main stream clothing stores in the malls.”

“Absolutely fantastic store! We came to Minnesota on vacation and stopped into all the video games, comics, and collectibles stores. This was by far the best one we went to. There selection is massive. The amount of comics and figures is exactly what I would want in a store. Unfortunately we didn't have a ton of time so I couldn't browse the comic bins but I did buy over 20 action figures. The owner and employee were nice and definitely know there stuff. I highly recommend this store and if I ever come back to Minnesota I will be sure to stop back in.”

“Really neat bookstore with a cafe inside that has both coffee and alcohol. Lots of books to choose from including a great children's section. Lots of adorable stuffed animals. Cool tote bags, stickers and magnets. The employee's write little descriptions of some of their favorite books or books of interests at the time and those are neat to look at. Also they have a wall of books and corresponding book clubs. The books that are being reviewed are sold at a discount price and the dates of the book club are available so that you may join them.”

The staff are very friendly and have always been helpful. I will say that this is no half price books but it's not outrageous either.
