“I have no complaints about this guy. My brother managed to lock his keys inside his running vehicle, on a block that was heavily trafficked by foot and vehicles for the Twin Cities Pride Festival. He showed up within the time frame he originally estimated (I believe it was less than an hour). I honestly half expected him to keep driving and cancel when he got to our location, or charge us some sort of surcharge. He was done and gone within 10 minutes, and that's including unlocking the vehicle and running my credit card. His rates, while I wished I wasn't paying them, were reasonable considering the festival and the weekend and compared to the 3 other companies we called for quotes. All in all, 5 star exchange!”

“Very fast and friendly service. I needed to get home late on a Friday night and my car key had just vanished. I called several "24/7" locksmith companies but the ones who answered couldn't take the job until either the next day or the following Monday, and the others didn't answer at all. I left voicemails with a couple of them that promised a call back "shortly," but I haven't received a single response as of the writing of this review. This company answered my call promptly (as well as the two follow-up calls I had to make because I forgot to ask a couple of questions on the first call) and gave me a quote that ended up being slightly more than what they actually charged me. They also were willing to take a payment over the phone from a third party, which was incredibly helpful to me. The locksmith who showed up was very friendly and professional. I was a little stressed out over the whole situation and he really put me at ease with his calm demeanor. We chatted while the key was programming and he was a genuinely interesting and nice guy with a very cool outlook on life. It was a real pleasure to speak with him! He also got the job done very quickly and made absolutely sure that everything was working before he headed out. I hope I won't need a locksmith again, but if I do, this will be the first company I call!”

“Bought a Duracell Ultra at this location a year ago for my car. Battery came with a 3 yr warranty. Dealership tested battery during a routine service and said that something was wrong with it. Voltage and cold cranking amps were low even after they charged it. Went in to Batteries Plus with my receipt purchase receipt and the dealership notes. Everything was handled professionally and the battery was replaced under warranty at no expense to me. Kudos to the customer service rep who took care of me today. Makes it highly likely that my next battery will be purchased at Batteries Plus. I am a happy customer.”
