I went with the Brown Sugar Milk Cap with tapioca boba and was blown away. There are times when you try something so good that a bunch of thoughts start racing through your head about how amazing it is. The sweetness of the brown sugar is balanced out by the milk which makes for a delicious and refreshing drink. The boba was soft and chewy too. There is plenty of seating inside if you wanted to sit down and enjoy your drink as well. Simplicitea has everything you could ask for and more!”

Suzy was our waitress very very friendly... attentive.. helpful despite 45 minutes to close. having eaten at the rice street location I hoped this would be just was good..blown away..I had the chicken and waffles.. by themselves each piece was done perfectly..but what pushed it over the edge for me..the Cayenne maple syrup...all three together sings and everyone loved their own meals... but that everything omelette .. epic ..”
