“My 4 month old daughter started the infant program in Goddard. The teachers (Sarah, Stephanie and Kailey) are very friendly and affectionate. The student-teacher ratio is good. Goddard sends me a daily report of my child’s feeding/naps etc and pictures of my child's activities. They have an excellent security system. Goddard is a blessing in disguise for every working mother. I completely trust this day care and would recommend to anyone.”

We had our three daughters there from the ages of 3-6 and everyday we had a story to hear about the songs, the sand, the art and the caring, funny teachers. From day one, my somewhat anxious daughters were welcome with open arms by the amazing team of teachers and community educators that they bring in. The end of the year Art Show demonstrated all the amazing art, education and fun they participated in all year! They have lifelong friends from that time and we try to visit every art show to remind us of the time there. Above all that, Crocus Hill Preschool helped teach our children to ask questions, be confidant and always make time to play. As two of them enter middle school, they are excited to meet new people and are not afraid to say "Hi, I am me and I love writing- what do you love to do?" “We have been banking at Sunrise Banks since they were first created; we had been at the American Bank prior to the 1990's, and were fortunate to have followed our banker from there to Sunrise. We have maintained several accounts there for decades for the business we own, and for some personal accounts too. A few years ago, someone had hacked us somehow and was in the process of transferring $90K from one of our accounts to some account in So California! A banker, that knew us personally, called me on my cell and asked if I really wanted to transfer that sum that day! It was fraud, and their personal touch saved us a fortune. Sunrise is a social benefit bank, and the best bank in the world for any small business, especially SBC's, minority owned and even our C, Sub S and LLC companies! If you want cheap, personal credit cards -- go somewhere else. This is a business bank.”

“Wow. This is the best school. We put a lot of thought into where to send our daughter. She is now in first grade and we are continually impressed by Jie Ming. The principal is so dedicated to keeping Jie Ming one of the top schools in the state. She has a stringent no tolerance policy for bullying. The PTA is intensely active and organizes great events for the students. We have been so happy with our experience and my daughter loves it! And of course, the Mandarin is the icing on the cake!”

“It's a good school - most of the negative reviews are from rich arsholes who have everything handed to them and would likely review any other school the same way. It gives a phenomenal amount of freedom as compared to a typical public school, and while it does have some pretty blatant flaws in some of the direction, there is help if you are willing to work for it. One prerequisite that you might want to consider is that it is very independence-driven; if an attending student has extreme difficulty with staying on task when unattended, consider a different school. That said, there are opportunities here that you may not find anywhere else in Minnesota and beyond.”

“I signed up for a scuba refresher course through Air Down There and I am so grateful that I did. I hadn't been on a dive in 10 years and I was quite rusty. There was a classroom portion of the class as well as a pool portion, which they fit all in one (long-ish) evening which was great. Be sure to do the homework that they provide you with beforehand so you're set up for success! My instructor was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about diving which made for a rich experience. Following the class, I felt secure in my pending dive plan, and competent regarding the "need to know" and "emergency" safety items for my next dive. My dive following the refresher course was in Costa Rica and I was able to dive in confidence. I will be back there for any future diving needs. Thank you, Air Down There!”

“We love Edgcumbe Montessori! Our son is in Ms. Sherry’s preschool class, and she is incredibly capable—we are constantly impressed with how she gets all the kids participating in group circle, and our son has already learned a lot from her. The kids spend a lot of time outside, and they have a great plot of land that they use for nature walks. The manager, Ivan, is very nice and flexible with our changing schedule due to the pandemic. Overall, we can’t say enough good things about the school!”

“Excellent experience! The instructors are helpful, patient and ready when you are. I learned over 100 drinks and bottles and I could make my own schedule to fit around my 2 jobs. You mix drinks using the real bottles, though no real alcohol, so it gives you a feel for the real thing. Everything goes at the pace you set for yourself, so if you can get through the class and learn everything in a week, awesome. If you need 1-2 months, the instructors are kind and open to your needs. I was nervous and made allot of mistakes in the beginning, but I became more calm and relaxed with the working environment the more I practiced and if I had any problem I just let the staff know. We are all there to learn and the staff will help you to the very end. BONUS: For a little extra money, you can continue going to the school just for practice anytime, as long as you call in advance to let them know you'll be there.”
