With supply issues and an increase in demand, the parts took time to come in but John updated me frequently to let me know what to expect. The team also went the extra mile to pick up my car at my house when they were ready to do the repair since I live close enough to the shop. John is on top of the process with insurance so it has been a light lift on my end. I trust the work and the people here and I'm happy to support a neighborhood business.
